Position Summary:

Under general direction of the General Manager (GM), the Assistant General Manager will assist to develop and implement the strategic goals and objectives for any of the casino properties assigned consistent with the mission, goals and objectives of the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise (NNGE). Under the direction of the General Manager, provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the mission, strategy, and strategic goals and objectives in accordance with all applicable tribal, state, and federal gaming regulations. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree plus five (5) years progressive experience in casino management including two (2) years’ experience in a Manager or Director level role. Opening experience preferred. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid driver’s license. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
