Position Summary:
Under general direction from the Banquet Manager and/or Banquet Captain, set-up, cleaning and maintaining banquet functions on a daily basis following the standards of service set by management. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED plus six (6) months banquet houseman experience preferred. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty one years (21) of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
