Position Summary: Under general direction of the Reservation Supervisor, Front Desk Supervisor and/or Hotel Manager, handles all telephone inquiries and reservations accurately and efficiently by answering the telephones courteously, promptly, and professionally while promoting hotel services and ensuring maximum room revenues. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED plus one (1) year customer service experience to include one (1) year hotel or travel agent experience. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
